Sovereign People New World Order (SPNWO) believes and recognizes all data in what ever form or format is the sole property and ownership of the specific People/Owner creating, posting, sharing, etc. their data, their property. All data is claimed and considered private property and any and all third-party capture, retention, copied or shared data is knowingly in direct violation of the privacy, rights, powers and free-will choice of the private People/owner and is prohibited at their presumed election. SPNWO shall be held harmless in all cases, while merely providing a platform for service to a people in their private and sole lawful sovereign status and standing. All else is withheld. Any violations, SPNWO and its operating or support people shall be held harmless. All others herein accept full liability, responsibility and fault for all violations at the offenders expense for lawful (not mere statutory) remedy. All costs to SPNWO and/or the private People/owner shall be prepaid per estimate *3, plus all costs, and time at $600/hr with 2 hour minimum per People, legal person, entity or other per day with each day constituting an new and separate violation or work order.
